Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RSJ Travel Solution. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Deposits, Payments & Ticket Issuance

  • Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Flight tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once issued, subject to airline fare rules.

  • Ticket prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and tickets are issued.

  • Airlines may increase fares or taxes without prior notice. Any increase must be paid by the passenger before ticket issuance.

2. Passenger Information

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Names match exactly as shown on passports or travel documents.

  • Travel dates, destinations, transit points, baggage allowances, and other booking details are correct.

  • Any errors are reported immediately before ticket issuance.

3. Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements

Passengers are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports and visas, including transit visas where required.

  • Meeting all immigration and entry requirements of their destination countries.

  • Ensuring travel documents remain valid throughout the journey.

RSJ Travel Solution accepts no responsibility for denied boarding, visa refusals, or immigration issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Flight Reconfirmation

Passengers should reconfirm return or onward flights with the airline or travel agent at least 72 hours before departure. RSJ Travel Solution is not liable for any costs resulting from failure to reconfirm flights.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations

  • Flight delays

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage

Claims relating to baggage loss or damage must be made directly with the airline.

6. Special Requests

Requests such as:

  • Special meals

  • Seat preferences

  • Wheelchair assistance

  • Medical requirements

must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will forward these requests to the airline, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

7. Flight Changes, Delays & Cancellations

Airline schedules may change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any refunds, credits, or changes will be subject to the airline’s policies and fare rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

RSJ Travel Solution acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Flight cancellations

  • Travel disruptions caused by third parties

  • Losses resulting from events beyond our control

9. Force Majeure

RSJ Travel Solution shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or additional expense caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Civil unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Industrial disputes

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with RSJ Travel Solution, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • You accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in the booking.

  • You agree to comply with all airline and travel supplier regulations.
